FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE OF CANADA), CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY APPLICABLE IMPORT DUTIES, CUSTOM FEES, OR VAT THAT MAY BE APPLIED UPON DELIVERY.
SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped from our Toronto office within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio.
Canada and United States:
Standard Tracked (4-6 business days)
Express Tracked (2-4 business days)
International:
Standard Tracked (7-12 business days)
DUTIES
Customs and duties are included for all orders within Canada. Orders ship from Canada and may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery for all other countries — including the new U.S. tariffs introduced in May 2025. While we do our best to keep international shipping costs low, import fees are set by your country’s customs authorities and are beyond our control.
Please note: We are not responsible for customs clearance fees, delays caused by customs processing, or extended holding times in your country. If you choose to reject or refuse delivery due to customs fees, a $30.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and any duties or taxes assessed due to the refusal. These charges are billed directly to us by the shipping carrier and are non-refundable.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please make sure to send your packages to a secure address. Once your package is in the hands of a carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process once it is delivered, please file a report with your shipping carrier and notify us by emailing hello@umedays.com.
ADDRESS CHANGES & RETURNED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. No refunds will be issued for orders sent to the wrong address. Please double-check your details before placing your order. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, email us as soon as possible at hello@umedays.com. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.
Reshipping costs due to address errors are the customer’s responsibility. For Canadian orders, if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it wasn’t picked up, we can reship it once it has arrived back and the shipping cost has been paid again.
For orders outside of Canada, undeliverable or unclaimed packages are not returned to us. These shipments are handled by the carrier and typically do not make it back to our facility. As a small business, the cost to retrieve international packages is too high, so unfortunately, they cannot be refunded or replaced. In the event that a package is returned to us, a restocking and reshipping fee will apply for us to resend the product.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages; tracking is always provided.
