SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping notification as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Canada:

  • Standard Tracked: 4–6 business days

  • Express Tracked: 2–4 business days

United States:
All U.S. orders now ship directly from our U.S. warehouse, completely tariff-free and duty-free, guaranteed.

  • Standard Tracked: 4–6 business days

  • Express Tracked: 2–4 business days

International (Outside of Canada & U.S.):

  • Standard Tracked: 7–12 business days

DUTIES & TAXES

Canada:
Customs and duties are included for all orders within Canada.

United States:
Good news — orders are now shipped from our U.S. warehouse and are tariff-free. You will not be charged import duties or additional customs fees upon delivery.

All Other International Orders:
Orders may be subject to customs duties, import fees, or VAT depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are set by your local customs authorities and are beyond our control.

Please note: We are not responsible for customs clearance fees, delays caused by customs processing, or extended holding times in your country. If you refuse delivery due to customs fees, a $30.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and carrier-assessed costs.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please make sure to send your packages to a secure address. Once your package is in the hands of a carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process once it is delivered, please file a report with your shipping carrier and notify us by emailing hello@umedays.com

ADDRESS CHANGES & RETURNED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. No refunds will be issued for orders sent to the wrong address. Please double-check your details before placing your order. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, email us as soon as possible at hello@umedays.com. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.

Reshipping costs due to address errors are the customer’s responsibility. For Canadian orders, if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it wasn’t picked up, we can reship it once it has arrived back and the shipping cost has been paid again.
